When training on the real thing is not an option

Industrial equipment is often expensive and sometimes dangerous to operate, and there is rarely time for training while it is in active use. Transporting personnel to a location, shutting down a production line or waiting for the right equipment to be available makes traditional hands-on training slow, costly and hard to scale. A PwC report found that VR training can be up to four times faster than traditional e-learning, without the cost of equipment downtime or travel. With VR, the same simulation can run anywhere, each user can be tracked and training can be repeated without risk or additional cost.

Built around your equipment and processes

We build training simulators from the ground up, tailored to your specific requirements. Working with Unreal Engine and Unity, two of the industry's leading 3D simulation engines, we create environments that accurately reflect your specific equipment, workflows and safety procedures. Where needed, we integrate with real control systems and hardware via CAN-bus, Bluetooth or APIs, so users use the same controls they will in real life.

To track user progress, we can add logging to identify where errors occur and measure time and results. Simulations can also run in multiplayer, letting multiple users practise at the same time while a trainer observes and guides from the same environment.

Desktop simulators

Simulators don't have to be large, heavy and difficult to transport. Our desktop simulators combine a standard screen or VR headset with authentic controllers, giving you the same hands-on feel at a fraction of the cost and footprint. They can be deployed at any site, used at trade shows or shipped directly to end users.

One investment, multiple applications

The simulations we build do not have to serve a single purpose. The same environment can support operator training, service technician certification, product demonstrations and interactive experiences at trade shows. VR also lets you show what can't be seen in reality: internal flows, hidden problems and how processes work at component level. If you already have CAD files, we can work from those directly.

Beyond industrial training, the same approach applies to more complex simulation challenges, including environments for testing and validating autonomous systems, where real-world testing is too risky or costly, or where the environment does not yet exist.
