Sordin Academy – Become a wizard of sound

Sordin offers a wide range of hearing protection products for different applications. Sordin’s products are distributed worldwide and are known for their high quality and durability. We have been Sordin’s lead agency for many years, developing the company’s brand and communications. We were assigned to create an external training program for Sordin’s distributors and resellers.

Challenge

Sordin sells its hearing protection products through a global network of distributors and resellers. It is therefore essential that they have solid knowledge of Sordin’s products. Distributors and resellers must be able to easily understand and explain the many features of the hearing protectors in order to effectively communicate them to end customers and users.

Solution

We developed the online training platform Sordin Academy, consisting of a series of videos about sound, hearing, and hearing protection. The videos are instructor-led and followed by quizzes to test knowledge. We produced everything from the speaker scripts to the actual web application and its accompanying admin tools. Sordin Academy was initially reserved for distributors and resellers but is now also available to the public.
