In service desk you and your colleagues will assist byBrick Operations customers in the first line of support.

Everyday tasks in service desk includes; password reset and user account management. Troubleshooting clients, server and internet connections as well as malware removal and software installations.

Your abilities:

  • Interest in people and computers
  • Social and attentive, ability to put yourself in the customers situation
  • Able to handle periods of workload and related stress
  • Knowledgeable about Windows client operating system and Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in Mac OS, Office 365 and Microsoft Windows
  • User account management in Active Directory
  • Clear troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to take charge and not afraid to ask questions
  • Like to cooperate with colleagues
  • Able to express yourself in both Swedish and English
