Enterprise Architecture

  • We are only competing with price; we need to be ahead of the curve again
  • Our customers’ needs, wishes and expectations are changing faster than our offer
  • How do we handle our application portfolio in order to face the business challenges?

Architecture, or, more properly, enterprise Architecture is about analyzing modelling and defining a framework for successful development and implementation of the business strategy.

Even though this work is focused on a detailed technical architecture in a traditional way, a greater effect can be achieved when the work is focused on discovering future business models, understand the customers' requirements and consider the forces and trends that affect your business.

To execute a business strategy requires a set of business abilities. By applying the framework of storage for the companys capacity, associated processes and the results of the processes an organization got help to discover how often and when major chages are required.   Once this is done, the application portfolio can be handled in a way that creates efficiency or supports the innovations that are required to be able to cope with quick change.
