We wanted to understand how our portfolio of applications match the business need and how well they fit in to our IT landscape. We wanted to move data into a sustainable repository solution with focus on governance, business analytics and systems evaluation.
What did we do?
We engaged byBrick to implement a solution for validation of our governance and management of applications landscape, in particular to harvest the conclusions from the application overhaul project and support the annual survey of business fit and technical fit.

Now we can easily view and find dependencies from business through apps to technologies. We can work with key stakeholders of DSB to better understand how we should prioritize and drive the development of our application portfolio to support our business capabilities and focus on life-cycles and planning of phase-out/modernization.
