XMReality commercialized augmented reality, AR, with the first industrialized solution for remote guidance. Their services are used to guide field service personnel, in real time, how to carry out a service procedure – from a remote location. The company needed to reach out more strongly with its unique service which was largely unknown in the Swedish market at the time.
byBrick Interface helped XMReality to strengthen its corporate identity and increase its brand awareness among industrial service organizations. As part of its increased marketing efforts, XMReality assigned byBrick Interface to design and develop their new website.
We developed the client on three levels: graphics, imagery and messaging. We developed the company’s new corporate identity, a new communications concept and a new payoff, “Like being there”. The payoff refers to the realistic feeling you’re experiencing when giving remote guidance to someone, it’s like actually being there in the field, with your guided party. All three levels were efficiently communicated using XMReality’s new website and a number of customer case studies written and packaged by byBrick Interface.
The concept gave XMReality a market boost and helped establish the then young tech company in its market. The “Like being there” payoff is still in use by the company, carrying on the main message and main benefit of XMReality, today a market-leader in Remote Guidance using AR in Sweden.
